Tazabek — Republican budget expenditures for the construction of the Barskoon-Bedel highway in the Issyk-Kul region for 2027 are provided in the amount of 17,860 million soms, follows from the explanatory note to the draft republican budget.
In total, 27,860 million soms have been allocated under the “Capital Investments” item for 2027. The remaining 10,000 million soms will be spent on the construction, repair and reconstruction of social facilities, water supply systems, irrigation structures, roads, national security facilities, law enforcement and the armed forces.
For 2028, the article provides 27,900 million soms, for 2029 — 32,800 million soms. Including 17,900 million soms are planned annually for the Barskoon-Bedel road.
In the budget law for 2026, capital investments are approved in the amount of 27,680 million soms, of which 17,680 million soms are for the Barskoon-Bedel road.
