Tazabek — The total amount of budget financing of public investments from all sources in 2027-2029 will be 167,061.8 million soms, according to the Ministry of Finance.
External financing through loans and grants will amount to 162,480.7 million soms, or 97.2% of the total amount. 4,581.1 million soms, or 2.7%, will be allocated for co-financing of projects.
Among the industries named in the note, the largest amount of funds will go to the energy sector — 28,260.3 million soms. 24,602.34 million soms are allocated for transport, about 20.97 billion soms for drinking water supply and sanitation.
11,602.24 million soms, or 6.9% of the total volume, will be allocated to the social sector. 9.328 billion soms are allocated for irrigation, and 8,353.7 million soms for Ministry of Emergency Situations projects.
