Tazabek — The Issyk-Kul regional department of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services identified violations of the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation and design solutions during the reconstruction of roads and sidewalks on Kulakunov, Togolok Moldo and Abdrakhmanova streets in the city of Balykchy. The Ministry of Construction reported this.
During the inspection, it was established that in some areas the asphalt concrete pavement was laid in violation of the requirements for thickness and quality. Also, deficiencies were identified in the construction of culverts and drainage structures, sidewalks, protective and supporting elements.
In addition, violations were identified during the preparation of the base: the requirements for cleaning and pre-treatment with bitumen emulsion before laying the asphalt concrete mixture were not met. It was also established that the marks of the utility wells do not correspond to the level of the road surface.
“Based on the results of the inspection, fines totaling 105,000 soms were imposed on LLC Chu Proxy, 4 Energy and Capital Consult. Contracting organizations were ordered to eliminate the identified deficiencies within a specified period of time at their own expense,” the statement says.
It has become known that poorly constructed areas are currently being dismantled and remodeled.
The execution of issued instructions is under the control of the Issyk-Kul regional department of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control.
