State customers requested 201.7 billion soms for construction and repairs, 27.7 billion were included in the budget,

Tazabek — The total need of government customers for funds for the completion, continuation and design of facilities for 2026 amounted to 201,727.4 million soms, as follows from the explanatory note to the draft republican budget for 2027.

The Budget Law for 2026 approved 27,680 million soms under the article “Capital Investments”. According to the note, the annual capital investment is less than the actual requirement, and it is not possible to include all applications in the list of facilities.

The Department of Housing and Civil Construction of the Ministry of Construction requested the most — 83,832.4 million soms — for the completion of 749 social facilities. The Road Department of the Ministry of Transport requested 65,303.6 million soms. For national security, law and order, armed forces and strategic facilities, 27,980.8 million soms are required.

14,386.4 million soms were proposed for irrigation and drinking water supply, and 2,057.2 million soms for facilities in Bishkek and Osh. Another 8,167 million soms are needed for repairs of other facilities, including 4,576.1 million soms for the Judicial Department.
