Tazabek — The Issyk-Kul regional department of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services, on the basis of an order from the Bishkek City Environmental Prosecutor’s Office, inspected a number of objects.
In particular, unscheduled inspections were carried out at resort and recreational facilities, including guest houses and other tourist sites located in the city of Cholpon-Ata and the village of Bosteri.
As a result, violations of legal requirements in the field of urban planning were established at 32 sites. Repeated inspections were also carried out at individual facilities to verify that previously identified violations had been eliminated.
Based on the results, relevant acts were drawn up and fines were imposed in the total amount of 2 million 420 thousand soms.
