Tazabek — In Kyrgyzstan, it is necessary to develop a separate bill to regulate platform employment and eliminate gaps in legislation. The chairman of the committee, Ulukbek Karybek uulu, announced this on September 28 at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh Committee on Labor, Health, Women’s Affairs and Social Issues.
According to him, the current regulation does not cover all issues related to work through digital platforms.
Following the discussion, the committee took note of the information from government agencies and recommended that the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration pay attention to this issue.
