Tazabek — The Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to the list of special consumers and organizations using ethyl alcohol for medical and technical purposes.
The corresponding order No. 716 was adopted on September 18, 2026.
The list of organizations using ethyl alcohol for medical purposes additionally includes centers for disease prevention and state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance in Jalal-Abad, Issyk-Kul, Batken and Chui regions.
In particular, the list includes centers in Tash-Kumyr, Kara-Kul, Ala-Buka, Aksy and Chatkal regions, as well as Issyk-Kul, Balykchy and Ton centers.
In addition, the list was supplemented by the Osh Regional Pathological Bureau.
In the Batken region, the list includes specialized centers in the Batken, Leilek and Kadamzhay districts, as well as in Sulukta and Kyzyl-Kiya.
In the Chui region, the list has been expanded to include centers in Isyk-Ata, Kemin, Alamudun, Sokuluk, Moskovsky, Zhaiyl and Panfilov districts, as well as in Tokmok.
At the same time, several previously included positions were declared invalid.
The section of organizations using ethyl alcohol for technical purposes additionally includes Marketing-Service LLC.
